On Wednesday 24th of March, HE Ambassador Annab accompanied with Mr. Talal Masarweh/Third Secretary, visited the University of Tsukuba (UoT) and met with Dr. Caroline Benton/ Vice President of Global Affairs, in addition to Professor Nishiyasu Takeshi/Dean of Faculty of Health and Sport Sciences and Dr. Jigoro Kano/ Chairman of the Tsukuba International Academy for Sports (TIAS) among other academic staff of the University of Tsukuba.
During the meetings, both sides discussed potential areas of collaboration between the UoT and Jordanian Universities such as revitalizing the student exchange program between UoT and Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST signing additional agreements between UoT and relevant Jordanian Universities in order to increase the number of Jordanian students at UoT and UoT students in Jordanian Universities. in addition to joint collaboration events and projects.
リーナ・アンナーブ駐日大使による筑波大学訪問

3月24日（水）、リーナ・アンナーブ大使はタラール・マサルワ三等書記官とともに筑波大学（UoT）を訪問し、キャロライン・ベントン副学長兼理事（国際担当）、大学執行役員の西保岳氏、嘉納治五郎筑波国際スポーツアカデミー理事長をはじめとする筑波大学の教職員と面会しました。
この会議では両者は、筑波大学とヨルダン科学技術大学の間の学生交換プログラムの活性化など、筑波大学とヨルダンの大学の協力のできる分野について話し合いました。ヨルダン科学技術大学をはじめとするヨルダンの大学は、コラボレーションイベントや共同プロジェクトに加えて、筑波大学とヨルダンの大学の交換留学生の数を増やすことを目的とした追加の協定に署名する予定です。
