Counselor Mr. Rasheed Arekat (Jordan Embassy) attends the 3rd Religion & Politics Forum on which commemorated the Forum’s win of the 2nd place of King Abdullah II World Interfaith Harmony Week 2021 Prize. The Forum included a list of guest speakers, and Mr. Arekat noted during his speech the importance of Interfaith Dialogue which represents the positive and cooperative interaction between people of different religions, faiths or spiritual beliefs, with the aim of promoting understanding between different religions to increase acceptance and tolerance, and I truly believe that our gathering here today is a fine example of this positive interaction.
The 3rd Forum was hosted by the organizing committee composed of several religious organizations and included the participation of around 55 people from over 10 religious organizations including a Muslim Imam, Christian pastors, a Buddhist priest, and many other religious activists.
