On Tuesday December 19th Ambassador Lina ANNAB met in NARA City with the Governor of NARA Mr. Makoto YAMASHITA. The meeting took place at Nara Prefectural Offices and it focused on strengthening bilateral ties between Jordan and NARA Prefecture. They explored cooperation in areas of education, culture, and tourism, including celebrating the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations due to take place in 2024. They also discussed participating in Expo 2025 Osaka, eager to collaborate on this global event. This meeting marks a step towards enhanced relations between Jordan and Japan. ANNAB also congratulated Governor YAMASHITA on his recent election as Governor of NARA Prefecture.
