The Japan-Jordan Parliamentarian’s Friendship League Meeting was held on the 18th of May and was presided by the Honorable TANAKA Kazunori, Chairman of the League (Member of the House of Representatives in the Japanese Diet and former Minister for Reconstruction).
The meeting was attended by Ambassador Lina Annab, members of the League and Mr. KAWAHARA Kazutaka, Director of the First Middle East Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, in addition to staff members of the Embassy of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
During the meeting, the League welcomed its new members, presented its accounting report and discussed the current situation in Jordan in addition to the current state of the friendly and strategic relations between Jordan and Japan and discussed ways to further improve the relations between both countries. Ambassador Annab made a presentation to the esteemed members of the League regarding these issues in addition to Jordan’s position regarding the recent developments in the occupied Palestinian territories and commended the Japanese government’s statement that calls for de-escalation and halting the building of illegal settlements in occupied Palestinian territories in violation of international law.
The JJPFL was established in 1999 and it is currently comprised of 27 members of the Japanese Parliament called the Diet, it is chaired by the Honorable TANAKA Kazunori, it includes prominent members of the Diet such as current Prime Minister of Japan H.E. Mr. SUGA Yoshihide and former Prime Minister H.E. ABE Shinzo.
إجتماع لجنة الصداقة البرلمانية اليابانية الأردنية
عقدت لجنة الصداقة البرلمانية اليابانية الأردنية إجتماعي بتاريخ 18 أيار 2021 برئاسة سعادة السيد تاناكا كوزونوري، رئيس اللجنة (عضو مجلس النواب والوزير الأسبق للإعمار). وقد حضر الإجتماع معالي السفيرة لينا عنّاب وعدد من أعضاء اللجنة، والسيد كواهارا كازوتاكا مدير قسم الشرق الأوسط في وزارة الخارجية اليابانية، بالإضافة إلى أعضاء من السفارة الأردنية في طوكيو ومن وزارة الخارجية اليابانية
وخلال الإجتماع، رحّبت اللجنة بالأعضاء الجدد الذين انضموا مؤخراً إلى اللجنة، كما تم الحديث عن الأوضاع في الأردن بالإضافة إلى آخر تطورات العلاقات الأردنية اليابانية المتميزة وسبل تعزيز العلاقات بين البلدين الصديقين على كافة الصعد. وقد وضعت معالي السفيرة أعضاء اللجنة الموقرة بصورة آخر تطورات الأوضاع في الأردن خاصة في مجال الإستجابة الحكومية لمواجهة تفشي وباء كورونا المستجد بالإضافة إلى الموقف الأردني حيال آخر التطورات التي تشهدها الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، مشيدةً ببيان الحكومة اليابانية الذي يدعو الى التهدئة ووقف بناء المستوطنات غير القانونية في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة لأنها ممارسات تنتهك القانون الدولي
وقد تأسست اللجنة في عام 1999 وتضم في عضويتها 27 نائب في البرلمان الياباني برئاسة سعادة السيد تاناكا كوزونوري وعدداً من النواب البارزين في البرلمان مثل رئيس الوزراء الحالي السيد يوشيهيده سوغا ورئيس الوزراء الأسبق شينزو آبي
日ヨルダン友好議員連盟の会合

元復興大臣で現国会議員の田中和徳会長が議長を務める日ヨルダン友好議員連盟の会合が5月18日に開催されました。
この会合には、ヨルダン・ハシェミット王国大使館の職員のほか、リーナ・アンナーブ駐日ヨルダン大使と、川原和孝外務省中東第一課長、ヨルダン・ハシェミット王国大使館の職員、外務省職員らが出席しました。
この会合で議員連盟は新メンバーの歓迎や、会計報告書の発表、戦略レベルにおける日ヨルダン関係の現状及びその更なる発展の可能性についての議論などを行いました。 駐日ヨルダン大使は、直近のパレスチナ問題に関するヨルダンとしての公式の立場の説明を行うと同時に、国際法に反して行われているパレスチナにおける不法入植地の建設の縮小と停止をイスラエル側に求める日本政府の声明を賞賛しました。
日ヨルダン友好議員連盟は1999年に設立され、現在27名の国会議員で構成されております。田中和徳議員がこの連盟の議長を務め、この連盟には菅内閣総理大臣や元内閣総理大臣の安倍晋三議員といった著名な議員が参加しています。
